Shipping policy

Shipping will be processed with 1-3 business days. When we can we try and ship out that same day if it is within business hours. If not by the next day. The order is packaged and shipped within this time frame. Then the package is dropped off to the specific shipping company that was selected with purchase. 

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the entire order. The system will offer you the best shipping price and option for your location. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. Within this email you will find your tracking information as well as an estimated delivery date. Once we have dropped your package off to the shipping company, we are only able to see the tracking info they provide. 

Shipping Protection:

We offer Route shipping protection as an insurance for your orders. We highly recommend adding this to your order as this will cover if something should happen to your order once we have dropped it off to the shipping companies. Without purchasing Route we cannot guarantee coverage for items lost or damaged.  Route will insure your orders and you can reach out to them directly should you need a refund or a replacement. Keep in mind replacements will only be available if we still have that item(s) in stock. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check your tracking information to verify your package was received.
